We arrived at the Charleston Animal Society at 7am in order to pick up our beloved Leo at 7:15 so we could start our long drive back to Virginia.
We stopped with a quick visit with my mom and brother's family so they could meet Leo.
It was a lonnnnnng trip home. We stopped for a lot of potty and exercise breaks, we made a crazy detour to find a Krispy Kreme doughnut store, and we sat in some ridiculous traffic in Virginia.
We left Gigi's house at 6:30am and arrived at our apartment at 6:45pm. Long day but Leo was a road trip champion and Mac kept him entertained the whole time.
