Leo had his first trip to the vet. Poor little thing got a vaccine for lepto-something or other. And he had to get his very red eye checked with a fluorescent eye scan (just a broken blood vessel but we got some antibiotic drops just to help if there's infection). And they calmed me done about his wheezing (probably just adjustment to new grasses, pollens, etc but we can give him kids' Benadryl if it continues). 

I really wish there was a book called "What to Expect When You Bring Your Dog Home From the Shelter". (I've checked. There's not).  I just feel so overwhelmed at times.
